Hawaiian hot sauce company Adoboloco uses four ingredients for their recipes. That's all you'll ever find in every bottle of hot sauce - kosher apple cider vinegar, Hawaiian sea salt, garlic and one of several pepper varieties - habanero, ghost, jalapeño and Hawaiian peppers. Working only with local farms, their process is an all - natural, farm-to-bottle approach making them a finalist in the 2016 Good Food Awards.
