The Small Batch range allows Wellington Apiary to showcase rare and unusual honey varieties from across Tasmania. The Kunzea honey is a limited release of unique honey from the hives by the Freycinet National Park on the Tasmanian East Coast. This small batch range reflects the irregular flowering of certain local flora species which have been harvested on a small scale.
Tasting notes: This honey is deep red in colour with a natural granular texture. A distinct citrus and eucalyptus undertone makes this unique honey highly sought after.
