The Small Batch range allows Wellington Apiary to showcase rare and unusual honey varieties from across Tasmania. This limited release of unique honey has been produced in this flavour during summer and autumn. The small batch range reflects the irregular flowering of certain local flora species which have been harvested on a small scale.
