The crescent shaped fruit is native to Australia and Caviar Lime trees can be found growing in sub-tropical rainforests on the East Coast. In the kitchen and at the bar, this star ingredient is better known as Finger Lime.
With unique pearl-like flesh Caviar Lime has a vibrant citrus scent rounded with subtle sweetness of apples and it’s filled with the feel goods — Vitamin E + C, folate and those natural AHA’s.
