Shipping within Australia

• Free shipping on orders over $150*
• Items that require refrigeration or are heavy and bulky will not qualify for free shipping as indicated in the individual item description and will incur postage at checkout. 
• Unless otherwise stated, items may contain nuts, dairy, egg, soy or gluten or have been processed in facilities that work with nuts, dairy, soy, egg, gluten, meat or seafood. Please check the ingredients list prior to consuming. 

International Shipping
Due to customs and quarantine restrictions, we're not able to ship select food items internationally. Please check with your local authorities regarding food import and restricted items.

Best Before Dates

As per NSW Food Authority guidelines, a best-before date is used to indicate quality rather than safety. Foods can be legally sold after a 'best before' date as long as they are not damaged, deteriorated or perished. You can expect these foods to retain their colour, taste, texture and flavour as long as they are stored correctly. 

Sale Items 
Sale items are final sale. We do not exchange or refund unless its unfit for consumption. Sale items will include those with past best before dates. The best before dates on sale items have been indicated in the description. Please check prior to purchase as we will not exchange or refund on these items.

Bulk Orders

Need more than what we have online? Send us and email and we can arrange orders of 10 or more units for you. 

Returns
Please choose carefully, we do not accept returns on food items unless these items are deemed unsuitable for consumption on opening or have been recalled by the manufacturer. In such instances, please get in touch with us immediately to arrange a return of the order (including opened items) for us to issue a full refund. For the health and safety of our customers, we require the affected food items to be returned to us for proper disposal.
