- We dispatch from Sydney on set days each week. Orders placed after 1 pm roll to the next dispatch day. Tracking details are emailed when your parcel leaves us. Signature on delivery is required for all parcels and our nominated services will not leave parcels unattended. If you choose to authorise a safe drop with the carrier, responsibility transfers to you once the parcel is left at the address.
- Free standard shipping applies on orders over $150 on select items. Heavy and bulky items do not qualify for free shipping. Ineligible items are noted on the product page and separate shipping charges will apply at checkout.
Typical Delivery Time
Standard post is usually two to five business days for metropolitan areas. Please allow an extra one to three business days for regional locations and for WA and NT. Express post is usually one to three business days for metropolitan areas and three to seven business days for regional locations. Delivery to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes can take longer. These timeframes are carrier guides and may extend during peak periods or unforeseen disruptions.
Please check shipping addresses carefully at checkout. Once a parcel is on its way, a redirect or re send fee may apply if the address needs to be changed.
Local delivery in Sydney
We offer local delivery to postcodes 2000, 2010 and 2011 as an alternative to shipping. This is an in person, hand to hand service. The recipient, their representative, or building concierge must be present to receive the order. This service does not apply to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes.
If no one is available at the agreed time, delivery will be rescheduled and a new delivery fee will apply. Free local delivery applies on orders over $75 on select items. Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a delivery window and any building access instructions.
Hotel and concierge delivery
Visiting Sydney and staying in 2000, 2010 or 2011. We deliver direct to hotels and building concierges. Order online and select Local Delivery at checkout, then add your hotel name and a contact number in the notes. We will confirm a delivery window by text. Orders placed by 12 pm are usually delivered the same day or the next business day. If no one is available to receive the parcel we will reschedule and a new delivery fee will apply.
Click and collect by appointment
Pick up is available by appointment in Darlinghurst near Crown and William. Two short windows are offered each week. Please message us fifteen minutes before arrival and we will meet you at the pickup window. If you need a different time, contact us and we will try to find a window that works. International delivery
We ship to a select list of countries via Australia Post Registered or Express services. Please email us for availability and a quote for your location. Tracking is provided for all international shipments.

Shipping restrictions
Due to customs and quarantine restrictions we cannot ship flammable items such as fragrance, pressurised aerosols and self igniting matches internationally. Within Australia these items travel by road only. Please allow extra time for orders that include restricted goods.
Duties and taxes
International orders may attract customs duties and taxes on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for details. We must declare the exact value of all items and identify shipments as merchandise. We cannot mark orders as gifts.
Refusal of delivery and returned parcels
If a parcel is returned due to non delivery or if delivery is refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and customs charges, handling fees, and the return shipping cost. You will have ten days from our receipt of the returned parcel to arrange a re shipment. Delivery fees will apply. If you choose not to re ship, we can issue a store credit less shipping charges and a three percent restocking fee.
Additional information
Once an order leaves our warehouse it is with the carrier and delivery time is outside our control. We will always work to get your purchase to you promptly and keep you updated. For time sensitive orders, please select the Express option at checkout and mention your deadline in the order notes. If your parcel appears delayed or lost, contact us promptly with your order number and we will open a carrier enquiry and keep you informed.
