We accept returns on full priced items within 10 days from receipt of goods for an exchange or credit note.
Items must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all Eastern Hill General Supplies and designer tags attached. Footwear must be returned with original packaging and with soles unworn and unmarked. All safety tags must remain attached for a return to be accepted.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases or incorrect selections.
If an incorrect size has been purchased, we will offer an exchange or credit note where possible.
Please choose carefully as all sale merchandise is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless an item is faulty.
Due to hygiene and product safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on gourmet food items, sale gourmet food items, socks, swimwear, perfume or skincare products unless the item is faulty.
Best before dates and storage recommendations are provided on applicable product pages. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information prior to purchase.
Products discounted due to approaching or past best before dates will have the applicable date clearly stated on the product page. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept the stated date.
Order cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
A non refundable processing fee of 2 percent applies to all customer initiated cancellations and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation fees also apply should you place an order on items we do not ship to your location, including gourmet food items, pick up only products, heavy or bulky goods, or perfume.
Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Replacement items are subject to availability.
Items damaged through misuse, negligence, improper care or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
In some cases, the item may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.
All shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Where an order qualified for free shipping, this applies only to the initial dispatch. Any shipping charges incurred for replacement or exchanged items must be paid by the customer prior to re shipment.
Returns should be sent using a secure shipping method with tracking, as Eastern Hill General Supplies is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.

Once approved, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Returns received without an RA number may be returned to the sender.
Items must be returned within 7 days for Australian orders and 14 days for international orders from the date the RA number is issued.
If an order is returned to us due to non delivery and you decline to pay for re shipment, a store credit may be issued less the original shipping charges and the 2 percent processing fee.
International orders that are refused by the recipient or returned due to non delivery may incur the original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees and return shipping costs.
Re-delivery fees apply where re-shipment is requested.
Once your return has been received and processed, a credit note will be issued by email.
Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
