This ponzu is a dashi forward soy based, citrus and sake infused sauce. Made with organic soy sauce "shoyu koikuchi", organic rice vinegar and Japanese citrus juice: yuzu, sudachi, yukō and dai dai and is used to brighten up your dish.
Ingredients | Organic soy sauce (water, organic soybeans, organic wheat, salt, koji spore), organic rice vinegar, organic yuu juice (organic yuzu, sudachi, yuko, daidai), hon-mirin, bonito extract, kelp extract, dried bonito, oligosaccharide, salt
Uses : Use straight for dumplings, as a dipping sauce for cold soba noodles, sashimi or carpaccio, steamed vegetables, mixed salads, oysters and grilled meats. Mix it 50/50 with a nice green fruity olive oil for a rich salad dressing.
