These fine spoons are handmade in Kenya from salvaged cow bone. It serves as a salt or pepper spoon. The inert material makes for a great caviar spoon as it does not alter the taste of the roe. The striping at the end of each spoon is unique – they all hold the same, fine line design but no two are alike.
