Local Delivery (Applicable only to Sydney 2000, 2010, 2011)
Local Delivery is in person hand to hand only localised service. We do not leave parcels unattended and we do not deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes. If your address uses a locker or PO Box, please choose standard shipping instead. Local Delivery is available within Sydney postcodes 2000, 2010 and 2011 during agreed windows.

- Same day delivery is not available
How it works
- In person handover at your address
- The recipient, an authorised representative, or building concierge must be present to receive the order
- We do not leave parcels unattended or with neighbours
Fees and threshold
Apartments and access
- Handover at the building entrance or lobby
- We do not enter units or private areas
Missed delivery and redelivery
- If no one is available at the agreed time, or we cannot access the address within 10 minutes of arrival, the delivery is marked missed
- Redelivery can be booked in the next available window and a new delivery fee applies
- You may switch to shipping at the buyer’s cost
Exclusions and safety
- Not available to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes
- In severe weather or for safety reasons we may reschedule to the next available window
