Local Delivery is in person hand to hand only localised service. We do not leave parcels unattended and this service is not available for Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes. If your address uses a locker or PO Box within these postcodes, please choose standard shipping instead (standard free shipping thresholds apply). Local Delivery is available within Sydney postcodes
2000, 2010 and 2011. This is a scheduled service and subject to delivery run availability.

If your address is close to this zone and the Local Delivery option does not appear at checkout, you may contact us with your suburb and postcode. Local delivery beyond the core area is limited and depends on the day’s delivery run.

How it works
- In person handover at your address
- The recipient, an
authorised representative, or
building concierge must be present to receive the order
- We do not leave parcels unattended or with neighbours.

Apartments and access
- Handover at the
building entrance or lobby
- We do not enter units or private areas
Missed delivery and redelivery
- If no one is available at the agreed time, or we cannot access the address within 10 minutes of arrival, the delivery is marked missed
- Redelivery can be booked in the next available window and a new delivery fee applies
- You may switch to shipping at the buyer’s cost
