Local pick-up is available by appointment from our collection point in Woolloomooloo at 90 William Street (corner of Crown and William St) at the front of the Boulevard Hotel. This service is designed for ease - a simple handover, not a showroom or retail space. 

HOW IT WORKS

1. Place your order
To arrange a pick-up order, select the pick-up option at checkout and include your pickup date and time in the notes section from the 2 collection windows each week.

2. Arrange your time
Current pickup windows:

• Tuesday 10:30am – 1pm
• Thursday 4:30pm – 6:30pm
• Saturday 9:30am – 11am

If these times do not suit, contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative collection time with notice.

Please include your preferred pickup day and time in the order notes at checkout.
We do not offer pickups on Sundays.

3. Collecting your order
Please message us 15 minutes before arrival so we can meet you at the pickup point

PAYMENT
Payment can be made online at checkout or if you prefer, settled at the time of collection on our Eftpos system.

COLLECTION NOTES

• Please bring the proof of purchase and photo ID when picking up your order.
•  If another person is picking the order on your behalf, please provide an authority-to-pick-up note at checkout with their name.

HOW LONG WE HOLD YOUR ORDER
Orders must be collected within 7 days of confirmation. After this, items will be returned to stock and a credit note will be issued. We do not refund on click + collect orders that are not picked up within the collection timeframe. A re-stocking fee of 2% applies.

MINIMUM SPEND
No minimum spend is required for local pick-up orders.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

• Collection is by appointment only. 
• This is a handover point - we're unable to accomodate browsing, walk-ins, or on the spot shopping.
• Orders should be arranged in advance so everything is ready when you arrive.
