Local pick-up is available by appointment from our collection point in Woolloomooloo on the corner of Crown and William St. This service is designed for ease - a simple handover, not a showroom or retail space.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Place your order
To arrange a pick-up order, please contact us via email or phone.
2. Arrange your time

Outside of these times, please contact us to arrange a suitable window.
3. Collecting your order
Your order will be ready when you arrive. Please message us 15 minutes prior so we can have everything prepared.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made online at checkout or if you prefer, settled at the time of collection on our Eftpos system.
COLLECTION NOTES
HOW LONG WE HOLD YOUR ORDER
Orders must be collected within 7 days of confirmation. After this, items will be returned to stock and a credit note will be issued. We do not refund on click + collect orders that are not picked up within the collection timeframe. A re-stocking fee of 2% applies.
MINIMUM SPEND
No minimum spend is required for local pick-up orders.
