Shoda Shoyu is a long established producer of Japanese soy sauce, known for consistency and a balanced approach to flavour. Started in 1873, Shoda Shoyu Co. Ltd. is one of the larger manufacturers of soy sauce in Japan. In the 140 years since its formation by Bun-emon Shoda III, this family owned business strives to constantly produce some of the world's highest quality shoyu while maintaining its origins in the town of Tatebayashi in Gunma Prefecture where it was founded.
