The 72% Dark bar from Silver Street Chocolate uses cacao beans from Maya Mountain in Belize. Founded in 2010, Maya Mountain Cacao (MMC) put Belize on the craft chocolate map as a pioneer in the centralised fermentary social enterprise model.
In 2019, Maya Mountain was awarded a cocoa of excellence award which placed them within the top 20 cocoas globally.
Silver Street Chocolate uses transparently sourced cacao that is binded and refined by hand in small batches here in Sydney.
