This Smoked Garlic Chilli sauce is perfectly balanced with meaty garlic punch, a full flavoured sauce with a mild palatable burn.
More a chilli sauce than a vinegary hot sauce, Old Bone's chilli can be stirred through cooked dishes like pasta and stir fries or used as a dipping sauce for bbq meats, dumplings or roasted potatoes.
INGREDIENTS: water, white vinegar, smoked chilli puree (Habanero and Long Red) garlic, sugar, salt, xanthan gum.
