Kushino Farm's Green Yuzu Kosho is made by salting and fermenting yuzu peel and chillis seperately for a year. The two ingredients are gently ground using no heat and blended together with salt to create this bright, salty, spicy and citrusy condiment.

Yuzu kosho finds its roots in Kyushu food traditions, mostly made at home. Emerging food trends have seen a boost in the condiment's popularity, especially with ramen lovers. A small amount of this condiment brightens any dish. We recommend serving it with a steak, fresh seafood or stirred into mayonnaise for sandwiches and as a dipping sauce for fried food.
