PEP's black peppercorns are grown in fertile red volcanic soils of the Memot region in Cambodia. With its origins dating as far back as 2000 BCE, premium black pepper from south and southeast Asia has always been prized for its kick and fragrance - look no further than black pepper crab that celebrates the beauty of the humble peppercorn. 

The aroma from these peppercorns is floral, bright and herbaceous with hints of aniseed. The peppercorns are denser than the average peppercorn which concentrates its flavour and spiciness - a little goes a long way! Housed in a re-useable smoky glass jar (to reduce oxidation), the ceramic burr is adjustable to tailor your ideal grind.
