ALTD Spirits explores Australian native botanicals through a series of alcohol free distilled beverages produced in Marrickville, Sydney. Using locally grown ingredients sourced from farmers and indigenous suppliers, each botanical is individually distilled through a traditional copper still before being blended and bottled into a distinctly Australian expression of contemporary drinking culture.
Long before alcohol free spirits became commonplace, ALTD Spirits approached the category through flavour, balance and native ingredients rather than imitation. Their botanical blends had already begun appearing across some of Australia’s leading dining rooms including Saint Peter, Fred’s, Chiswick, Pilu and Attica, signalling a broader shift in how Australians were beginning to think about drinking culture and hospitality.
With the support of the City of Sydney, Footage After Hours presents an evening with ALTD Spirits on Thursday 28 November from 6.30–9pm. Founder Tim Triggs will guide guests through the range while preparing a series of ALTD cocktails designed for the warmer months ahead. The session explores Australian botanicals, alcohol free beverage culture and the growing movement towards more considered drinking.
Attendance is free but registration is required. Book your spot in the link below.
