10 Minute Incense - Japanese Cypress

From the prized Hinoki wood which is used in temples and shrines, Hibi's Japanese Cypress has a distinctive smooth, dry and smoky aroma, with none of the harshness of other evergreen fragrances. A beautiful unisex choice for those with a longing to visit or return to Japan.

Hibi incense sticks are designed to light without a lighting device. This unique product is the result of 3 years of trialling by two of Hyogo prefectures's traditional crafts - The incense of Awaji Island and matches of Harima.

How to Use

• Gently strike the head of the stick on the side of the box just like a match, holding the match at the mid point to avoid breakage
• Tilt downward for 5 seconds, allowing the incense section to light
• Lay the incense on the mat in the tray. Both are heat-resistant.
• Enjoy the 10 minute aroma
