Made from whole Japanese yuzu, this crushed yuzu syrup has a marmalade-like texture with visible peel for added aroma and depth. Bright, fragrant, and gently sweet, it captures the distinctive citrus character of fresh yuzu concentrate for everyday use.

Traditionally enjoyed diluted with hot water in winter or chilled with soda for a refreshing drink, it also works beautifully with yoghurt, ice cream, and desserts. A spoonful adds lift to dressings, marinades, and pastries, while bartenders use it to bring clean citrus complexity to shochu, sake, whisky, and cocktails.

Balanced sweetness and natural bitterness from the peel give it structure, making it as useful in the kitchen as it is behind the bar.

A small pour brings the unmistakable lift of yuzu to almost anything.

Kitagawa Village (Kitagawa-mura) in Kochi Prefecture, Japan, is one of the nation's premier producers of yuzu, with a history deeply intertwined with the development of the "Yuzu Road" and the transformation of a former logging area into a citrus-producing hub.

Kitagawa-mura Yuzu Okoku Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer based in the village, focusing on producing a wide range of yuzu-based products (juices, sauces, condiments). They are known for promoting the "premium Kitagawa-mura brand" internationally.
