Yamaki Jozo Ponzu - Japanese Citrus Shoyu

Dispatches from Sydney within 1–2 business days

A dashi-forward, soy based citrus and sake infused sauce from Yamaki Jozo, made with organic soy sauce, rice vinegar and a blend of Japanese citrus including yuzu, sudachi, yuko and daidai.

Balanced with sake, mirin, kombu and bonito, the flavour is bright, savoury and layered with gentle acidity and clean umami. Designed to lift a dish rather than overpower it.

Use as a dipping sauce for dumplings, sashimi or cold noodles, or drizzle over steamed vegetables, tofu, oysters and grilled meats. Also excellent mixed with oil for a fresh citrus dressing.

Use instead of soy sauce to bring brightness and depth to everyday cooking.
