• This glass retains heat. Exercise caution when drinking hot beverages.
• Borosilicate glass is valued for its durability and thermal resistance. However, sudden or extreme temperature changes should be avoided. Do not pour boiling liquids into a chilled glass or place a hot glass onto cold or wet surfaces, as this may cause thermal shock and result in breakage.
• Do not use in microwaves, dishwashers, sterilising cabinets, or other high-temperature appliances.
• Avoid sudden impacts, knocks, or dropping, as glass may chip, crack, or break.
• Hand wash only using a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use metal brushes, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners, as these may scratch the surface.

Due to the nature of opaline milk glass, slight variations in colour, tone and translucency, along with occasional small air bubbles, subtle surface undulations and minor variations in the finish of the rim may be present. These are inherent characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects or faults.
