The palette of Necklace 002 is shaped both instinctively and through time spent in Onomichi, where port-town layers, worn materials, and everyday colour groupings sit in close proximity. Subtle shifts in scale and surface reflect the dialogue between contemporary glass and older, timeworn beads, creating balance without uniformity.
