Aiko Chan Kin no Maguro Aburaduke - Marinated Tuna in Oil

Dispatched from Sydney within 1–2 business days. Tracked with signature on delivery.

Aiko Chan Kin no Maguro Aburaduke is premium Japanese tuna produced by Ito Shokuhin in Shizuoka Prefecture. Using carefully selected yellowfin or bigeye tuna, the fish is gently cooked before being packed in light rice bran oil, producing a richer, silkier texture while allowing the clean flavour of the tuna to remain the focus.

Unlike heavily seasoned or strongly flavoured canned tuna, the oil complements rather than masks the fish. The result is tender flakes with a rounded mouthfeel, gentle savoury depth and a clean finish that makes it equally suitable straight from the can or incorporated into everyday cooking.

Produced by Ito Shokuhin, the company behind the well-known Aiko Chan range, this reflects the producer's emphasis on straightforward ingredients and additive-conscious production. Rather than relying on excessive seasoning, the quality of the fish remains central to every tin.

Flaky and lightly seasoned, it can be enjoyed straight from the can or used in rice bowls, salads, sandwiches, pasta or simple appetisers where a fuller, rounded tuna flavour is desired.
