MATCHA

Japanese matcha sourced from heritage producers across Uji and Nishio. Our range covers ceremonial usucha and koicha through to milk-forward latte blends, stocked from producers we have worked with directly over years.

Aoi Seicha from Nishio, Aichi Prefecture — one of Japan's principal matcha growing regions with over 800 years of cultivation history. Marukyu Koyamaen and Ippodo Teafrom Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, producing some of Japan's most decorated competition-grade matcha. Our own house label Higashiyama-en is blended for daily drinking, matcha latte preparation and first-time buyers stepping into ceremonial grade.

Each matcha in this collection is chosen for cup character — region, cultivar, shade time and stone-milling method all contributing to what ends up in your bowl. Whether you're buying for daily usucha, a matcha latte, or working through the upper grades, the range is built to give you a clear progression from entry point to koicha.
