The Mussels in Salsa Escabeche (Spanish Sauce) from Convervas La Narval are prepared in a classic Spanish style using parika, vinegar, oil, garlic and bay leaves. The mussels are lightly fried at a meticulously controlled temperature in order for them to maintain their structure and taste before they are packed with their housemade salsa escabche.
A tapas favourite, serve it warm with toasted bread, or as a part of a charcuterie board.
