• This glass retains heat. Exercise caution when drinking hot beverages.
• Borosilicate glass is valued for its durability and thermal resistance. However, sudden or extreme temperature changes should be avoided. Do not pour boiling liquids into a chilled glass or place a hot glass onto cold or wet surfaces, as this may cause thermal shock and result in breakage.
• Do not use in microwaves, dishwashers, sterilising cabinets, or other high-temperature appliances.
• Avoid sudden impacts, knocks, or dropping, as glass may chip, crack, or break.
• Hand wash only using a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use metal brushes, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners, as these may scratch the surface.

Due to the nature of opaline glass, slight variations in colour, tone, translucency, and small air bubbles may be present. These are characteristic of the material and not considered faults.
