In a mill originally founded in 1840, in the heart of the Burgundy region of France, Edmond Fallot started La Moutarderie Fallot in 1928.
Run now by his grandson, Marc Désarménien, La Moutarderie Fallot is the last independent family run mustard mill in Burgundy. Valuing know-how passed down through generations, La Moutarderie Fallot uses traditional stone milling techniques, giving their mustards incomparable smoothness and flavour. Over the years, their range of products has grown into an irresistible array from flavoured mustards to vinegars and other condiments.
