Since 1949 ROKA “Roodenrijs Kaastabletten” has producing high quality cheese crispies according to a traditional recipe. It is a delicate combination of 90 layers of puff pastry and 12 month’s ripped Gouda Cheese. Presented in the recognizable blue-yellow packaging, inspired by the colorful patterns used by one of the Dutch most famous painters, Piet Mondriaan.
