Condimental's Citrus and Sake Marmalade is here to stay after a successful debut in 2022. 2023's batch involves a harvest of the best citrus sourced and found in Australia. Calamansi Limes, Ruby Grapefruits and Navel Oranges make up the mix, softened overnight in a generous bath of Ine Mankai Red Rice Sake.
This process infuses a savoury and complex undertone to the otherwise bright-n-floral bomb of the citrus.
To use, glaze your next duck, or spread it on a buttered crumpet with a little pinch of flaky salt. Enjoy!
