Aiko Chan Kin no Maguro Aburaduke - Marinated Tuna in Oil

Dispatches from Sydney within 1–2 business days

Aiko Chan Gold Tuna in Oil is a Japanese canned tuna produced in Shizuoka, Japan.

Made with 100% flaked maguro (yellowfin or bigeye), the tuna is gently simmered in a clear vegetable broth of onion, carrot and cabbage, then packed in light rice bran oil. The result is a clean, balanced richness without the heaviness often found in standard oil-packed tuna.

Free from additives and chemical seasonings, the flavour remains mild and naturally savoury, with subtle depth from roasted onion and the vegetable base.

Flaky and lightly seasoned, it can be enjoyed straight from the can or used in rice bowls, salads, sandwiches, pasta or simple appetisers where a fuller, rounded tuna flavour is desired.

Rich, but not heavy. A balanced, everyday pantry staple with clean depth and subtle richness.
