Bonilla a la vista Patatas Fritas have been produced in Spain for over 90 years and are every gourmand's go-to. This family owned business still uses the original recipe for their chips. Made from just three ingredients - Galician potatoes, Spanish olive oil and sea salt, the chips are sealed in an air tight tin for maximum flavour retention. 

What makes these chips a standout? Two specific varieties of the very best Spanish potatoes are sourced from the Xinzo de Lima region, known as a fertile food growing region. They're finely cut and cooked in extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil that’s carefully refined at 0.4 degrees. Each gourmet crisp is then hand-selected for perfection and lightly sea-salted before packing. They contain no artificial ingredients or preservatives.
